BIOGRAPHY

Aguabella is composed of 7 Stellar musicians, 5 of whom were veterans of The Francisco Aguabella Latin Jazz Band. Benn Clatworthy, Tenor, Soprano Saxes & Flute, Joey Sellers, Trombone, Bryan Velasco, Piano, Brian J Wright, Acoustic Bass and Jorge Carbonell, Drums were regulars in Francisco's band. They are joined by Grammy Winner Ron Stout, Trumpet and Christian Moraga, Congas.

Aguabella has performed for appreciative audiences at Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Museum of Latin America Art, Yorba Buena Gardens Festival, The Ford Theater, The Autry, Typhoon Restaurant at Santa Monica Airport and on a monthly basis at Steamer's Jazz Club in Fullerton for the past 14 years. Their 2011 CD, Nuestra Era, has received critical acclaim and international airplay. Aguabella's new CD, Baker-Gateway To Death Valley was celebrated at a CD Release Party September 29, 2012 at Steamer's.
